Pretty simple task.
What you need:
Newspaper
Painters tape
Sandable Primer
Paint (I used spray paint)
Clearcoat
Airplane stripper
sandpaper ( I used 220 and 1000 grit)
paint brush
Step 1:
Tape off the wheel and air valve. Apply a good amount of the stripper onto your rim. Make sure you don't get any on you or any rubber of your tire. Stuff will eat your skin and tire. I used a paint brush to get all of the wheel.
Step 2:
Rinse wheels, if you don't get all of the paint off it's ok, you're just gonna sand it anyways.
Step 3:
Take the 220 grit and sand all of the wheel, you're gonna need to make it kind of rough so the primer has something to stick to.
Step 4:
Apply primer. I did 2 coats. More coats is fine. Let dry.
Step 5:
take the 1000 grit and sand the primer, make it all smooth and even.
Step 6:
Apply paint. I think I did 3 coats. the more the better I guess. Let dry.
Step 7:
Apply clear coat. Let dry in between coats. I did 3 coats of this. Let dry

I didn't use newspaper on this one cuz the tires are bad and so I didn't need to keep paint off of them.
I didn't do any wetsanding or buffing, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to do that as well.
